Key arrows and building

Steps to reproduce:

1. select house button (to build new houses)
2. move mouse cursor to map (do not click)
3. click keyboard arrow keys to navigate through map
4. area to build new houses are being selected

Expected: navigating with arrow keys on keyboard shouldn't behave as selecting some area

I don't have one to check. Could someone reproduce these steps on original version?

BTW, it's seams to be annoying for some of my friends who checked Caesaria ;)
