Mac version not fully closing.

So on Mac when you close the game Steam thinks it's still running, this causes a couple issues;

I - You cannot close the game and restart it as Steam will come up with 'App already running', to fix that you need to restart Steam.

II - When trying to close Steam it'll say it's waiting for CaesarIA to close before it can shut down, I just use the force quit function on Mac to bypass that for now.

Also it means that I have a super long play time of 42 hours because my computer has been idling with the game running. :3
