Warehouse information window

When right click on a warehouse (in the case the warehouse is at the top of screen), the window shows up in the bottom side of the screen, when we click on special order the widow doesn't move upward, half of the window of special order is out of screen. I think what ever we right click the window should be centered in the screen.

hm, it original behavior, because if you have building in bottom than show infobox in top, and if we have building in top than show infobox in bottom part of screen
