CTD on trying to build a roadblock

Whenever the roadblock in Tutorial 1 or 2 is chosen to build and the mouse is moved, the game freezes and Crashes to desktop without any error message. Trying to recreate the error resulted in a crash in 6 out of 6 tests.

Steam version, Build 62.
