Fixing up projects PR image

Hi!

I discovered the project a while ago ... but I found the github repo, that has no activity and as such looks like the project is dead, so I ignored it. When I found bitbucket repo I discovered an amazing project with a lot of great work already done, but I hope you will not fault me for suggesting some quick and easy PR fixes that could make this project a lot more popular and as such attract additional help (a LOT of people loved Cesar III).

• Setup automatic updating of github repo ... or delete it entirely
• Redirect of the opencaesar3.org domain should redirect here, not github
• Cleanup the Readme, so it includes
  • Explanation of the project + link to screen shots
  • Link to install insturctions for "testers". Possibly automate building and link the latest build for windows & linux
  • Explain how and where to help
  • IRC? Mailinglist
  • Move changelog to seperate file and link it
• While I'm sure it's easier for you to write issues in Russian, it alienates the rest of the population - not just the US, but everybody else as well as everybody is used to coding in english.

Anyway, hope this did not sound patronizing, but I really want to see this project succeed and grow to be something like OpenTTD or Unknown Horizons.

Hmm, some times ago i moved repo here from gihub, if you have question why i did it, mainly i work in bitbucket and most of my scripts/tests work with bitbucket.

1. I have no full access to github repo or opencaesar3.org

2. Install instructions, your are right, now it source files only, near time i move it to project wiki.

2.1 i testing game when code it. Can you tell what kinds of instructions you need???

4. I haven't any ideas about IRC, may be you tell something about???

5. About russian issue, thanks, i wrote those when repo was in private, near time i will translate are to english.

About some helps ))) you can say about this projects your friends, may be some or those programmers, which may write part of code, or graphical artists, which can create free-royalty images. Or send it link to wiki page

About openttd, it writing about 10 peoples mainly day to day, this project it my hobby, i have work in office, and write CaesarIA in evening 2 or 3 hours, not every day.
