Regular game crashes

Good day! Every time I try to play the game (caesaria_nightly_windows_3569) it crashes after some time. I don't see any regularity in those crashes. Sometimes it happens after I choose the "showel" tool to clean some land, sometimes - when the popup's going to show, sometimes - simply after couple of minutes playing. OS is Win XP SP3.
