Glitchy cursor

Hello,
Unfortunately, it won't let me add a clip, only images. When I go to place a build, or even use the shovel or pathway tool, whatever I have in my "hand" jumps between spaces. Also, sometimes, in order for me to click somewhere, I have to aim the cursor an inch or two away.
Otherwise, I love this game, thank you for developing it. Cleric36

Is it for android version? I saw that behavior on android also
