Often, when I click on something, I get, instead of the actual description, something that like ##coast_text## (when clicking on coastline) or see the two examples visible in the screenshot. Are these simply elements that are not placed in the game yet?

Sure, you can find localization files in /resources/locale folder. Forexample caesar.en contains localization for english language.

"##text##" should be add to translation table, but some text have this yet. So you can add translate himself or placed this issue, i will fix it soon.
