Ulrika Malmgren created an issue 2016-01-16

After completing the second map and getting the promotion to Engineer I'm supposed to be able to select a new region to govern. However, I can't see what options there are and the button to complete selection doesn't work.

Priority major because I can't continue playing.

Noticed that Issue ~~#991~~ is the same. Not sure which one you'd want to keep around.
