A fake qsub environment, to test Grid Engine jobs in local before
running them in the cluster.

These commands will be called in place of the qsub commands that would be
executed in the cluster, and execute them as normal system jobs

Example Use Case:

You are developing a pipeline that will be deployed on a cluster with the Sun
Grid Engine System. However, you need to test the pipeline in local to be sure
it will run correctly in the cluster.

put the qsub command on your $PATH directory, e.g. copy it on /usr/bin
Tip: Filter by directory path e.g. /media app.js to search for public/media/app.js.
Tip: Use camelCasing e.g. ProjME to search for ProjectModifiedEvent.java.
Tip: Filter by extension type e.g. /repo .js to search for all .js files in the /repo directory.
Tip: Separate your search with spaces e.g. /ssh pom.xml to search for src/ssh/pom.xml.
