How to create X and Y axis with labels and caption for line graph

Hi,

Thanks for a very light weight library.

Can I ask you please guide me on how to create

1. Caption for graph
2. Mark X,Y axis on for say line graph.

I did not include this feature. You can find other methods of doing this, such as using textviews placed around the charts. Feel free, though, to add it and submit a pull request.
