Improved readability by adding comments and breaking up long statements. Also, converted tabs to spaces so that spacing is universal. These changes are only to BarGraph.java. If you approve of these changes, I'll make them throughout the project. Side note: also edited .gitignore to include some Gradle specific stuff.
