Properly handle compiled lua's in DTZs

This meaning, check the header of luas, and only try displaying them in editor if text format.

Saving with a compiled lua loaded should also save that compiled lua, and thus probably not allow using the text editor. So disable it, and maybe show some status text to convey that the lua in the DTZ is compiled.
