The ChangeLog and Export Database functions still need to be ported over

This feature is barely used, and I think buggy (could just be from my test environment).

I have waited to port it so I have a better idea of all the stuff it needed to be tied in with.

Considering I am trying to focus more on a direct CaVE to SDCard connection, this needs to be thought out.
