Game Metadata is not accturate to the specific version

This is seen with N64 v2.16, and the DisplayVersion setting for PAL games like Banjo Kazooie and Mario Party 1 & 2. They originally did not have such info, but in v2.10 they were added.

So the presumption is that CaVE is getting the meta data from v1.2 or whatever, and not cycling through and ensure its up to date to the selected version.
