Port over the "Tools"

Right now, all the various options that would appear in the tools menu are missing.
This was delayed because SRAM conversion was one option, and I want to think if it can be integrated into the Saves Manager.

Done.
SRAM options are now run automatically. And the rest (N64 tools) are now ported over.
