Port over the Help menu stuff

Dark Akuma created an issue

This has been a low priority, in part because… based on how many times people ask questions that suggest they don’t even know the options there exist…

Also, the actual Help link… I am just not feeling yet. I barely remember to update it. And more importantly… A aim of mine is to eliminate as many FAQ questions as possible. Maybe even the setup guide.

    Done.

    The compatibility lists will not be linked there anymore. Mostly since google is charging for that stuff now.
