Preset Images are not being used for stock games

the auto image mod for n64 seems to only work for new imported roms. If I create a new database the images are blank or stock

Posting this here because this is exactly why this issue tracker needed to get used. It was briefly mentioned and forgotten about as a focus on more important issues discussed.

Addressed.

Not so much broken/bugged as it simply was not implemented.

The code was there, just disabled and in need of some touch up.
