Importing SPT's does not import correctly

A cover file is made when it should not.

The path to the cover in the sp entry points to that cover that should not exist.

“-sp1” is incorrectly inserted into the paths of both images.

rom points to the sp folder and a non-existent rom file with sp1 in the name.
