Add/Move active information to the Status Bar

This makes more sense for some information.

    Moved the active database type name and version to the Status Bar.

    The databases Locale is now shown in the Status Bar.

    Even changed the Total Games counter to better allude to when stock games are hidden, complete with a tooltip explaining it.
