Recent Databases shortcut menu options

Add a list of the X most recently loaded databases to the menu, for quick and easy switching.

Added to the Open menu. Tracks the 6-10 most recent ones by default but can be adjusts via the settings file.

While there was a default limit at one time. I think it got lost somewhere. The idea would be 1 for each app of a single region. So 6 as of writing this.
