Creating GB Empty Database Crashes CaVE

• What Locale of Windows/NSO or is selected in CaVE?

• What version of the NSO app is installed?

  • N/A, just creating a DB before transferring.

• Do you have mods installed, and if so what?

  • No

• How exactly can this issue be reproduced so others can do so in order to understand what is broken.

  • Launch CaVE.exe

    • File > New > Game Boy Online > Empty Database

      • CaVE crashes/closes with no error message displayed.

Fixed.

Issue was just that I forgot to update the version format for that from decimal to Version like everything else in v1.5.

Also fixed Empty Database creation by ensuring a empty database defaults to a valid version type, and specifically the lower database version possible.
