Control the Expanded state of Mods/Saves based on amount

I keep forgetting this, so posting it here.

I would like for the mods/saves entries to be expanded if there are only a few of them. Or to say the reverse of that, only compress them if there are too many.

What I have in mind to detirmine what constitutes “too many” is, if they would otherwise overflow out of active view, or simply if a vertical scrollbar is showing.

For now, its not dynamic. But it is added.

The way it works is, they are expanded unless there are 6 or more items in the list. That's more than the default window size can show, but about what it can show when maximized at 1920x1080. At least for mods. Save are set the same, but not adjusted with.
