N64 and SNES game descriptions come up blank

Dark Akuma created an issue

This is likely likely a result of the compatibility databases for those, is my guess at this time.

    This was the case, and its fixed by now checking if the MetaComment from the Preset Database title is null, before trying to import that data.

    At the same time, I noticed and fixed an issue with Compatibility info not being set when importing a ROM, to the result that the Rating did not show on that ROM until after a restart.
