Updated Mods Not Installing When Expected

This is a issue I keep forgetting about as the simple workaround recommendation is to uncheck and check your mods. But users should not have to do that!

“When expected” would include, when updating your database to the latest version. And I think this also happens when you drag and drop a mod in, but I am not certain of that.

Another instance might be in the case where there just happens to be a more recent version available that isnt over the version of your database, but that is less common.
