No muzzle flash appears in third person when firing the Bazooka

Due to incorrectly identified bone names. Log warning are as such:

Log: AttachToBone: No bone named [warhead1] found in actor DH_BazookaAttachment's skeleton.

Log: AttachToBone: No bone named [exhaust] found in actor DH_BazookaAttachment's skeleton.
