Vehicle fires don't seem to replicate correctly 100% of the time
Sometimes you don't have the fire effect, yet the vehicle is considered on fire.

Need some more info, so will talk soon (now I'm emerging from my daft, obsessional, code-analysis cave !). I have looked at Tick fire stuff & replication in the past, so won't be coming at it blind.

Problem is probably caused by Tick() being disabled in replicated vehicle that is empty. Tick not enabled until someone enters, but is currently necessary to run the fire code.
Believe I have fix and will commit in next couple of days as part of vehicle Tick review & update (moves fire code away from Tick altogether).

Should be fixed in commit 0dc6d2e.
Leave open for a while to make sure in a multi-player testing, then mark resolved.
