Gun shot sounds sometimes don't originate from weapon operator

Seems to occur often when testing. Requires operator to drop weapon and pick back up before sound is fixed. It seems the sound comes from the players spawn point/teleport exit instead of current location. Who knows how often this occurs in standard gameplay without being detected.

    We will have to see if this is something that is noticed in testing; it's quite possible that this issue has already existed.

    This is an old problem, and probably not one we're going to find the solution for anytime soon. It's really only noticeable in an isolated (ie. 1v1) environment. Marking as WONTFIX.
