Bren carrier - muzzle flash detached from gun when gunner in raised position

Just looks wrong.

Both half-tracks & the Higgins boat turn off the muzzle flash when the gunner is in this position, with his head raised above the gun. Perhaps not ideal, but a lot better than what you see otherwise.

Same code needs adding to bren carrier, which I will do.
