I could not assist reload a friendly AT

This is a bug caused by a change in 6.0

Reproduction is easy as currently you cannot assist reload a teammate.

More helpful information:

• The player doing the assist does not even get the prompt to do so, no "Hit G to resupply/reload"
• Hitting the button anyways does nothing
• After dropping picking back up it still does not work
• Nothing else I've tried seems to allow it to be reloaded
