Early Stug MG - buttoned up position often has screwed up view
Issue #162
resolved
Early StuG MG uses an artificial box inside the vehicle, just to stop the player seeing a very weird internal view of a vehicle without interior modelling.
But the loader's camera position can yaw & pitch considerably as it is attached to the MG. Often the buttoned camera position ends up outside the confines of the box, giving a completely screwed up view.

I've previously produced a hacked workaround for this problem, which was a lot better but far from perfect. I used a fixed internal bone for the camera position when buttoned & offsetted from that.
But I've now re-worked the MG meshes to enlarge the internal box, so the loader's camera never strays outside.
Increased view limits when buttoned to allow player to look around a bit inside the box. Can only see the decent modelling features though, mainly the hatches, handles, etc. Feels a bit more realistic when buttoned, not just face up against a grainy pink slab.
Also reduced pitch limit of MG itself, to stop its butt from sinking through the vehicle roof. That helps with the buttoned view limits as well.
