Matt Hands created an issue 2015-03-21

The commander's view rotation 'slides' sideways when turning a tank turret. It should turn with the turret.

Believe I have a pretty simple fix for this - will test.

Yaw stuff pretty screwed up generally imo and I have a few things in test, which I think are a lot better and also simple in operation. But this is one specific bug, so keeping this separate.
