Deployment menu doesn't allow you to commit changes until the deployment timer has expired

This is a major design flaw. The user should not be forced to sit and wait for a timer to expire until they can commit changes.

They are not forced to, they can hit close or esc to remain spectating, at which point the auto spawn system will kick in.
