Hell Cat Texture (At far range)

As the only tank that does this, I believe this to either be a mipmap texture error or a LOD error.

    Okay so I tried messing with LODs (adding them and removing them entirely) no noticeable change. Also tried changing the texture with mipmaps and without mipmaps no noticeable difference. I've noticed that this strange rendering is actually for all vehicles (including RO) and is more or less a native rendering issue with the engine itself. It's almost as if the vertices at such a distance become less detailed and it can't render properly and you get that texture fighting. However, it is much much more noticeable on the Hellcat and I can't figure out why!

    I think this issue might be with the mesh itself, something to do with the smoothing on the vertices.
