Obstacles sometimes fail to render for clients in multi-player games

Not sure what the cause of this is, though my suspicions lie in unreliable replication orders.

The underlying issue here is packet loss. The server will not try to re-send the replication data if the client failed to receive it due to packet loss. Fixing this will require a fairly heavy-handed design change.
