Server reporting error in calculating deploy time

This happened when I was on noville, joined axis, rifle, deploy.

Wasn't necessarily an error, just an expected code flow when the player hasn't yet selected their role, weapons etc. Fixed in commit f7d813e along with a minor refactor of the function that calculates the spawn time.
