Re-purposed this bug report for problem with obstacle sounds

Fixed in commit ef16f6f.
The issue was that the client was not explicitly setting the state of intact obstacle instances; this meant that client instances were in a state that was reserved exclusively for suppressing sounds (when initially connecting!)
