Typing a message when deploy menu is forcibly brought up arrests input

1. Spawn on any spawn point.
2. Capture a point that de-activates that spawn point.
3. Suicide.
4. Begin typing a message and wait.

The deploy menu comes up, but all input is being hooked by the chat interface below. This makes all the buttons un-clickable, the only way to fix it is to hit ESC.
