PIAT continues to use empty 3rd person mesh even after reloading

When fired, PIAT switches to empty version of 3rd person mesh. But never switches back to normal mesh after reloading.
NB - 1st person is ok, as the 1st person mesh reload animation uses a notify to call the relevant code.
Have fix, will commit very soon (just working my way through).
