Players can pick up an additional magazine from weapon pickups that should have no magazines

1. Expend all ammunition on a M1 Carbine.
2. Drop the weapon and respawn.
3. Pick up the dropped M1 Carbine.

Notice that an additional magazine is added; this should not happen!
