Odd voice indicator showing up on the top left of the screen truncated

Voice indicator bugged out with MattUK and I and appeared as so when testing.
Reported to Basnett as he has some knowledge already with the voice/icon system. EDIT: switched to me, as least for now, as have committed probable fix - Matt UK.

I noticed that sometimes when you spoke it was in the correct position (left of screen, mid-way down) and sometimes it was incorrect (as shown in your pic). So it's not always wrong. Maybe the window switch, as you say.

Probable fix in commit f42be23.
Needs 2 players to check but suspect this will do it.

This appears to be fixed.

The only thing I can think of what caused it is window mode vs full screen mode (changing between the 2).
