Allied M3 Halftrack Bottoms out constantly when just on a smooth slope

Drive a M3 Halftrack down a smooth slope at near top speed and it'll begin bottoming out and dragging on the terrain.

    Fixed in 662fde1 via code (a better fix might be to adjust the karma collision box, but this was easier and should achieve the same desired results)
