Using binoculars permanently modifies default field of view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn as a Tank Commander or any role with Binoculars.
2. Select the binoculars and look through them.
3. Stop looking through the binoculars.

Results

The default field of view is permanently set to a lower value. The only way to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect.

Expected Results

The default field of view is left untouched.
