Mortar meshes are hidden if you are not looking at the origin

The view bounds got screwed up somehow while @Matt_UK was fixing the mesh packages.

    Fixed in SVN update 667.

    Apologies. Never had to alter the view bounds before; have always used the ones created automatically when an animation mesh is imported into the editor. In this case, the mortar 'vehicle' base is an invisible, 1 triangle mesh that is only used to attach the real 'vehicle weapon' mortar, so the editor must assign tiny view bounds to it. And I guess if the base is not visible, the engine decides not to render any actors attached to it.
