When vehicle occupant is killed it sometimes makes vehicle shake or even jump

Problem is because player pawn's collision is restored whenever he exits a vehicle and this includes being killed in one. The collision can clash with the vehicle' collision, causing the jumping, which can be excessive.

Fixed in commit 3e41998.
Modified DHPawn.StopDriving() to check player is still alive (Health > 0) before restoring player's collision.
