Passengers pawns have enormous camera rotation offset issue

    Fixed in commit 0eb85ed.

    Removed FPCamPos (camera position offset) from all passenger pawns. Have been mistakenly added in the past to many passengers, in the belief that the cam offset needed to match the player attachment offset. Not the case, as passenger pawns by default use player's head bone as camera location. Added FPCamPos, especially big ones, just screws that up.

    Have to go out now (late, as ever !), so don't have time to test all vehicles, but am sure this will be ok. Had a quick look at P3 & P4 (obviously bad offenders) and several others & all look good.
