AT Guns log "Error - GroupTag not set" when group tag is not defined

"Error - GroupTag not set" AT guns give 'error' when group tag is not set, I believe this to just be a log and not an "error" or else the AT gun would be destroyed. They need to accept not having a group as about 90% of them don't have one.

It will now only give a warning if you set bUseRandomizer to true and have no GroupTag set.
