Vehicle passengers do not get minefield warnings for vehicles in a minefield

I believe this is a RO bug and perhaps a bug with the minefield itself (and not vehicles). We can move this to on hold as it's not that important.

    I'll take this as I've solved it before, in a modded minefield I made prior to working on 6.0. Never made it into 6.0 due to work on zillions of bugs, but definitely for next release.

    I want to be involved in this as I think a complete and utter re-design of this actor would benefit leveling.
