I am facing errors in BuildCmsDB.sql execution. I have created both of the databases and trying to run BuildCmsDB.sql.

I am attaching a full output file. please have a look and let me know if i am missing something.

    Are you using SqlServer 2008 R2 ?

I just downloaded the BuildCmsDb.sql, created a new database, and was able to execute it with no errors.

I believe the main reason you're getting the conflict is because the script is specifying an accent-sensitive collation where you are likely using an accent-insensitive one (note the last two characters in each collation name). You should be able to work around this by changing the references in the script from "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" to "DATABASE_DEFAULT", or just change them to your preferred collation. You can see the list of default collations for SQL Server 2008 R2 in the list presented here.

Note you'll likely get errors about the "CMSEmailQueue" objects as I don't see them referenced in the create script anywhere, but there are still calls to them in some procedures.
