Allow patches to override project location in the patch file

It would be nice if we could do something like this where the user can manually specify the "root" of where the patch should be applied to

projects[nodequeue][patch][test][url] = "http://drupal.org/files/issues/1023606-qid-to-name-6.patch"
projects[nodequeue][patch][test][destination] = "profiles/test/modules/nodequeue"

It would also be good to define this in the project level itself.
